Recovering from my injury very well I had a poorly knee I had done something to a ligament on the inside of my right knee!started swimming and slowly jogging will soon be back on the mat i can’t wait!

I have been picked to help out at the 2012 olympics in London and i really really cannot wait it is going to be such an amazing experience also i have been short listed for carrying the olympic flame!

Got chosen to be an escort at the 2012 olympic games I can’t wait to stay in the athletes village and get talking to some of the famous juso players, i also can’t wait to receive some of the olympic kit.

The weekend just gone by i competed in the Heart of England judo competition which is a very advanced competition with very experienced judo players,i competed under 20s and i am only 15 i am very proud that i achieved a bronze medal unders 57 kilograms yet i could have won it but in the fight to get into the final the referee ripped me off giving me a penalty which was not deserved and should have gone to the other girl,i am still very proud and i have the nationals coming up soon which i am training very hard for :)!

I got injured at the cadet trials whilst fighting yet i recovered in a few weeks and i am still ranked number 1 in britain,i have got picked for the national teams in July and i am training hard and i have also been selected for the UK school games,i’m looking forward to the British Chamionships in the new age group -20s.
